Our hosts are entrepreneurs. They have had success and they have had failure. After a particularly hard failure, they asked themselves the same questions that countless other entrepreneurs have asked themselves: “What did I do wrong?”, “What could I have done better?” “Was there anything I could have done?”

We wanted answers! So we decided to get them. We started to discover all of the things that waste entrepreneurs time. The things that distract, tear down and keep the entrepreneur from being and accomplishing all they could. We had to reevaluate why we became an entrepreneur to begin with. Why do we do it? And if we do it again, how can we do it better.

This podcast is our journey in finding the answers to the questions of entrepreneurship. No matter if it is a part time side-gig or a full-time venture. How can we be a better, healthier and more fulfilled entrepreneur? It is our passion to have more entrepreneurs enter the landscape, and we want to help them do it better and with more confidence.

Why ARC?

The term “ARC” has a very special meaning to us. It defines who and what we do. There are two definitions that portray what we do.

An Arc is symmetrical shape that forms an arch. An arch is a fundamental structure that provides the strongest of foundations that enable structures to grow higher and higher. In this, we want to provide the structure to build you entrepreneurial endeavors upon. A structure strong enough to allow you to grow however high and wide you wish to attain.

An Arc also occurs when two electrodes come with in close proximity of each other. Not to beat a metaphor to death here, but this happens in business as well. We have all experienced it! That one conversation with the right person. That one networking contact that says something that sparks that idea, provides that breakthrough or when everything suddenly makes sense and now you have more clarity, more focus and more confidence than you did before! We want to spark those conversations and provide that moment that you hear that one thing that gives you that breakthrough, and makes being an entrepreneur that much more of a reality!

We have guiding principles in everything we do.

Attainable Concepts

Entrepreneurial concepts must always be presented in ways that are easily understood, or enables the audience to find the pathway to understanding. If the fundamental concepts of entrepreneurship cannot be understood, they can not be executed. This will inhibit the number of capable people entering the field.

Real Advice

Real, usable entrepreneurial advice that is functional, effective and non-obtuse. Get to the point and don’t yank people’s chain.

Creative Platforms

Use every platform, and format, to reach the greatest number of entrepreneur and future entrepreneurs!

It is our one goal to provide you with the resources, tools and motivation to help you achieve your goals in your life and family. We believe there is nothing greater than taking the risk of building your own business!
